To access new helpdesk, all registered users would have received an email from supportdesk@rtbrick.com to reset their passwords. If you have not activated your account yet, please follow the instructions in the email and access the new helpdesk at above link. If you have not received the mail for any reason, please write to us at customer-support@rtbrick.com.

Please do NOT reply to old email threads for updating any existing ticket. Instead, login to the new portal, select the particular ticket and put your update there. Once you get a email from new system, you may reply to that for updating the ticket further.

Old ticket numbers are part of ticket synopsis in new helpdesk. Tickets can be searched using the same ID.
